Lovely backyard, friendly staff, decent coffee and matcha, but just wish the prepared food was better. They’re very sweet and I hope they stick around and improve the food.
Lovely, kind staff, great drinks and food, tons of seating and a lovely backyard. Great place to work or meet with friends. So happy there’s a second location on Rogers now too – haven’t been yet but if the vibes match the Polly’s on Classon I will be a frequent visitor!
Slightly disappointed by this place. In part because they had the front and the backdoor open and the cafe is narrow, which makes it feel like you’re sitting in a windtunnel. This makes the place feel kind of transient like an airport lounge, just too cold and windy to sit down and relax into brunch. Even with the door closed, the vibe felt a bit off. The coffee and matcha were okay but not great, milk was not frothed super well and matcha served in a take away cup for some reason — Polly’s has the potential but did not deliver, at least not this Saturday
