During my recent trip to the USA, I had been craving oysters, and this place turned out to be the perfect spot to indulge in them! Depending on the daily stock, we were fortunate to savor some wonderfully briny ones, which I found particularly delightful. Freshness and sweetness were key, and they paired beautifully with a Chardonnay. We opted for a platter that included clams and lobster, in addition to the oysters. The clams were equally fresh and enjoyable. We also tried the calamari, which was delicious. Finally, we couldn’t resist finishing off with the lobster rolls, which were a definite must-try and left us feeling satisfied! The service was excellent, and we enjoyed the lovely scenery overlooking the Hudson River.
Nice location and especially sit outside that enable to laid back and enjoy the sea view. Our server Sunny is attentive and helpful. The soup was excellent, salad was good, our main course the Cadillac burger was delicious but the fish & chips just ok. Since we are going to stay NYC for a short while, I may revisit and try the oysters or lobster Cobb.
Had lunch here after a long day of walking around downtown, being “a tourist”. Were seated outside in the shade of a tree,lovely view on the water. Our server was very upbeat and cheerful,made lunch an fun experience. Food was delicious. The three burger sliders excellent. The lobster roll very generous portin of lobster. once again this restaurant made downtown a delightful experience
