I was already a fan of Friedman’s other locations because they all prepare gluten free American fare food… so actually getting to eat gluten free Chinese and Japanese food was really exciting. It’s rare to find restaurants the serve gluten free Asian food that can accommodate people who are gluten free and understand contamination/taking extra precautions while preparing a gluten free meal. Highly recommend whether you are gf or not– this is a great restaurant!
We’ve been to a bunch of the other Friedman’s, and this is definitely our favorite. They have merged with an American Chinese restaurant that was in the space before, and serves the standard Friedmans’ fare, plus Chinese. This is amazing because most of the Chinese food is also gluten free.
My friend and I came here on Saturday. The food is fresh here. Plus, it’s spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the lemonade was bitter. I deserved a re-do of the lemonade when I addressed it to the waiter. Either way, great restaurant!
