I came all the way from Atlanta for a funeral in the Bronx, thinking to try the food and drinks at coconut palm, that was the worst, the drinks was so terrible water down. As for the food it sucks, the table and chairs are so freaking old and very dirty and smelly.NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR DINING
Eat what you may at this place and u will be satisfied . You must thou have the Roti w/curry goat! Omg it’s so tender and seasoned perfectly. Most important, they are consistent with their food.
Having a meal at the Coconut Palm Restaurant always reminds me of eating a home cook Guyanese meal. The food is always fresh & tasty. During this pandemic they’re doing a great job with mask wearing, social distancing & sanitizing. The outdoor area in the back yard is very comfortable I felt very safe having my dinner. The tables are spread apart, all the employees are wearing their mask & they have a sanitizer station for guest. Always a pleasure visiting this restaurant.
