We love this place! We visited for our third time this past week and it was just as awesome as the first two. The service is always great and the food is delicious! The bartender even went out of his way to make us a special drink that we had last Summer but was no longer on the menu. We love sitting outside, the way it’s set up you feel like you’re away on vacation!
Tried a shake and the milk and cookies dessert off the new menu and I think the pictures do justice! So so good, definitely both a shareable size. Not only was the dessert fabulous but our apps and entrees were out of this world as well! We had the chicken vodka parm fries, vodka pepperoni pizza, and chicken tacos of course, all amazing. New owner, management and staff always so friendly and attentive to customers needs. One of the best things about this business, no matter how busy or what day it is the food always comes out fresh, hot and prompt. The Rockaway River Barn is quality and quantity! Also during the week they always have some form of entertainment, live music, DJ, bingo, trivia. Me and my husband went for a Monday night dinner and played bingo with our dessert together, so cute and a great way for us to spend quality time together at a great place!
Was very excited for new menu just launched…but very disappointed. Chicken Margherita sandwich ordered takeout from Uber eats…chicken was very thin, overcooked and drier and then dry. Tomato slice had tomato core in it. And price for sandwich was $16. Very disappointing for the price.
