Great food! Excellent service!! Staff is incredibly friendly! Love this place!!
This place is on my street and I regularly order from them. I ordered lunch online from the wrong location by accident one day, so I called that location and asked to cancel my order and transfer it to EV location. I was told no, they would not do that and then they refused to give me a refund. I found that to be super rude and bad customer service. It would have been very easy to transfer the order. I already paid, so why could the other location just not make the order? Especially as a neighborhood regular, I found it to be just really unhelpful and poor customer service. Transferring the order should not have been a problem, but I was out what I paid with no food.
I love this place! Foods great, great prices, great staff. Wish that they had seating though, but I understand that it is a small place.
