The food was incredible. My friend and I started with the french onion soup then we decided to split an order of the croquettes, and mussels. Everything tasted delicious, perfect temperature, not to salty! I will definitely be coming back here.

This is a tough one to write. I have been here several times and the food has always been great. Last night, they misfired just about everywhere they could. I sat at the bar, which was not that busy when I entered shortly after 9 pm, but picked up. The bar service was decent, but rather underwhelming. The tender seemed distracted and their timing was off; that said, my drinks were well made. Unfortunately, the food was atrocious; both in execution and the time it took to bring out. The couple who arrived a few minutes after I ordered got their food before me. I ordered the endive salad and grilled octopus. The expo brings out a mixed green salad, walks away, then comes back and retrieves it to bring to another person down the bar. Ten minutes go by, the couple next to me gets their food, and about five minutes later I finally receive my food. – The salad was just a pile of salt, no other flavor. I’ve had the salad before and it was great. – The octopus came out, presented in a soup base with chickpeas. The chickpeas were borderline crack your tooth hard, clearly not cooked well, and the octopus was rubbery. On top of that both the expo and the bartender forgot to give me a spoon for the soup (hard to eat with a fork). The bartender finally realized it abiut five minutes after my food came out. About 10-15 minutes have gone by, I have barely touched my food, and no attempt has been made to see how my meal was, while the bartender had checked on both parties to either side of me. I was finally checked on by someone who I assume was the manager, who noticed I barely touched my food. I explained the issue and he offered to comp my meal, and I paid for my drinks then left. I truly hope this is a one off and not a sign of impending decline here.
