Nice ambiance and delicious drinks. Food was ok and service was great. Loved our waiter. Very attentive and friendly. He gave excellent suggestions for the drinks. Pricey! I had the Grilled Octopus, my drink was a lemon drop and we shared baklava for dessert. We parked nearby in a parking garage.
Nestled along the Hudson River and overlooking New Jersey, Mezze on the River is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal and the perfect sunset. The dining area inside is entirely glass, flanked by two outdoor seating areas, which allows you to watch the sun set, whether dining indoor or outdoor. They serve a large selection of delicious Mediterranean food and creative cocktails that you are sure to enjoy. They also offer a 3-course pre-fixe option for $49 from 4 to 6 PM. Mezze on the River is perfect for a dinner or lunch date, brunch, or drinks after work. I especially liked the saganaki cigars and sorbet, as well as the under the sea cocktail.
The food was very flavorful, Drink was good as well. The service was phenomenal, the waiter Julian provided the best energy, was very attentive checking on me and my husband throughout our dining, Kevin was a also great we wanted to change our seat to the outdoor as the sun was setting, Kevin came over and explained he found open seating for us but we quickly realized the indoor was perfect, the view was just as beautiful,Thank Julian and Kevin for making our experience at Mezze On the River the best! We will be returning.
